Who I Am
I owned an auto protection shop before I ever ran marketing for one. I know what it feels like to be booked solid and still not know if the month was good luck or a good system.
I started Shop Positioner in 2019 because shop owners kept getting sold marketing when their real problem was clarity: who their best customer is, what to charge, and which numbers actually matter. We work with one shop per city, and we stay because the owners can finally see what's working.
